  2. Registration/Password
If you are a first-time user, complete and submit the Contractor Registration Form. Upon verification by BTNDAP, you will receive a unique password which will provide you access to the employee database for one year. The password is valid for multiple projects. The annual password fee is $100.00.
  3. Database Access
You can search the database manually to check the status of individual employees.
  4. Policy and Employee Handbook
Download the current version of the BTNDAP Policy and the Employee Handbook. Distribute copies of each of these documents to all of your current employees on the project and all applicants for employment on the project.
  5. Notice and Acknowledgement of Building Trades National Drug and Alcohol Program Testing Requirements Form.
Download the Notice and Acknowledgement of Testing Requirements Form. Distribute this form to all current employees and all applicants for employment on the Project, and require them to sign and date it. By doing so, employees and applicants acknowledge receipt of the BTNDAP Policy and agree to abide by the terms of the BTNDAP pertaining to drugs and alcohol. The BTNDAP Policy states that failure of an applicant or employee to sign this form constitutes a refusal to submit to a test.
  6. Drug Test Authorization Form
Download the Drug Test Authorization Form and complete it for each employee or applicant to be tested. This form certifies that you have authorized the collection site to obtain a specimen from the applicant or employee for analysis. The employee should present this form to the collector upon reporting to the collection site.
