Midwest Toxicology Services, Inc. (herein referred to as MTS) is an Indianapolis, Indiana based corporation with 16 years of experience as a third party administrator for the management of substance abuse programs. MTS’ primary emphasis for non-regulated testing is in the construction industry. MTS has been instrumental in the development of numerous substance abuse testing programs and currently provides total program management to include policy development, training, education, random selections, collection site management, laboratory testing, MRO services, database management and coordination of SAP services. MTS belongs to the following professional organizations that keep the company up to date with current substance testing issues: DATIA (Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association), SAPAA (Substance Abuse Professional Administrators Association), and AAMRO (American Association of Medical Review Officers).
